National Livestock Development Program Showcases Innovations at Riyadh Veterinary Expo

Riyadh: The National Livestock and Fisheries Development Program (NLFDP) organized the fourth edition of the Global Veterinary Expo, alongside the Pet Expo, from November 24 to 26 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibitions highlight NLFDP's initiatives in veterinary medicine and vaccine development, underscoring its role in enhancing animal health and national production efficiency. The event seeks to establish the Kingdom as a prominent destination for veterinary events and foster partnerships to tackle challenges in animal and human health.

New digital platforms were introduced to aid in livestock development, and agreements were signed with local companies to improve livestock breeding practices in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

The exhibitions witnessed participation from 20 countries and 120 exhibitors across sectors such as veterinary technology, medicines, research, and animal nutrition.
