Riyadh: The Center for National Health Insurance participated in the Global Health Exhibition 2025, held at the Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham from October 27 to 30.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during a panel session at the event, CEO of the center Yasser Alquhidan underscored the importance of future financial planning to ensure the sustainability of the health system. He noted the need to align health spending, which reached SAR246 billion in 2024, accounting for approximately 5.3% of GDP, with national development goals.
He emphasized that strengthening national capabilities and competencies is essential for advancing health transformation, highlighting that human capital is a key enabler of success in financial planning and data analytics.
The center's participation in the Global Health Exhibition aligns with the event's objective of bringing together more than 500 international speakers and experts from over 25 countries in the health sector to exchange experiences and explore the latest trends in healthcare.
