National Guard Ministry Presents Advanced Security, Healthcare Technologies at LEAP 2026

Riyadh: The Ministry of National Guard is participating in the LEAP 2026 conference, showcasing a suite of advanced digital models, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, and data-driven systems designed to bolster security readiness, optimize healthcare, and elevate operational planning.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in the security and resource management sectors, the ministry is presenting an integrated security monitoring and threat response system that delivers comprehensive situational awareness to ensure precise, threat-appropriate responses. It is also displaying an inventory accounting tool that leverages operational data to improve institutional planning and resource utilization.

In healthcare, the ministry is highlighting several AI-powered initiatives across the patient journey, including AI-assisted early detection of glaucoma to prevent vision loss, and the predictive engine of the "MIMS" platform, which aims to drop order cancellation rates from up to 33.8% down to 3%-5% while reducing processing times from weeks to seconds.

Additional medical innovations include an emergency department digital twin aimed at cutting average patient stays from over seven hours to under four hours, a streamlined outpatient clinic model targeting zero waiting times for over 90% of patients, and the "iSURGE" platform to ensure clinical equity and transparency in surgical waiting list management.
