According to Saudi Press Agency, the projects include the 'Urban Manual for Healthcare Services in the Central Area of Makkah Al-Mukarramah,' through which the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites aims to develop a comprehensive and implementable manual encompassing standards and planning and design guidelines for healthcare services in Makkah's central area. Public consultation on this project ends on November 18, 2025. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah proposed the 'Licensing Requirements for Providing Services to Umrah Performers and Visitors of the Prophet's Mosque Coming from Outside the Kingdom,' which defines the requirements and conditions necessary to obtain a license to provide services to Umrah performers and visitor s of the Prophet's Mosque coming from outside the Kingdom. The General Authority for Statistics launched the 'Executive Regulations for the Statistics Law,' to clarify mechanisms for applying the law's provisions, including statistical licensing procedures, data and information collection controls, cooperation mechanisms with public entities, and rules governing data and information availability, as well as the use of public entities in implementing statistical work. The Real Estate General Authority introduced the 'Regulations for Rectifying Violations of the Statutory Provisions Governing the Relationship between Landlord and Tenant,' which organize the mechanism for rectifying violations to ensure compliance and support stability between parties.
