Jeddah: The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) launched a new initiative yesterday in Jeddah to empower weather and climate enthusiasts, voluntary associations, and teams by providing free access to its resources and services. This initiative, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, aims to foster community participation and enhance meteorological awareness.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative offers participants free access to NCM's capabilities, practical training, and opportunities to engage in meteorological events. Participants can register for the initiative's programs through the NCM website and the Anwaa platform.
