Naypyidaw: The devastating Myanmar earthquake's death toll has significantly increased to 2,719, with 4,521 injured and 441 missing, as confirmed by Prime Minister Min Aung Hlaing on local television.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the 7.7-magnitude earthquake, which occurred midday on Friday, March 28, caused widespread destruction across the country, impacting major cities including the capital, Naypyidaw, and Mandalay.
