Riyadh: The Muslim World League (MWL) extended its deep condolences to the people of the Republic of Sudan over the victims of the devastating landslide that struck a village in the Darfur Region of western Sudan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement on Tuesday, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, expressed the MWL's solidarity and sympathy with the Sudanese people and the families of the victims during this tragic time. He prayed for mercy upon the deceased and for the well-being of Sudan and its people.
