Sydney: The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting a gathering of Australian citizens in Sydney.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement by the MWL's General Secretariat, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Mohammed Al-Issa denounced this terrorist crime.
He reaffirmed the MWL's position, along with that of the Muslim communities under its umbrella, in firmly rejecting and condemning all forms and pretexts of violence and terrorism.
Al-Issa offered condolences to the victims and wished a swift recovery for those injured.
