Riyadh: The National Center for Waste Management (MWAN) is participating in Cityscape Global 2025, the largest platform dedicated to the future of cities and urban sustainability. It joins leading national entities and private-sector participants to showcase projects and initiatives shaping the cities of tomorrow in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
According to Saudi Press Agency, at Cityscape Global, the MWAN pavilion presents the Kingdom’s comprehensive strategic waste management plan, a key enabler of the transition to an integrated system based on circular economy and sustainability principles. It also highlights investment opportunities in the sector and the management of construction and demolition waste, while outlining MWAN’s mandate and regulatory framework. This framework covers licensing, permits, and awareness programs that enhance operational efficiency and raise levels of compliance.
