The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation in real estate development between the two nations. According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions centered around the exchange of expertise on global best practices and innovations in sustainability. The ministers aim to expand partnerships that foster a sustainable real estate sector, promoting both economic development and environmental protection. Both ministers underscored their commitment to transforming the real estate sector. Malta expressed particular interest in learning from Saudi Arabia's experiences and achievements in this area.
