Riyadh: Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Majed Al-Hogail patronized the Real Estate Excellence Award ceremony yesterday. Held during the Real Estate Future Forum 2026, the event was organized in collaboration with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and attended by a distinguished group of regional and international industry leaders.
According to Saudi Press Agency, REGA CEO Abdullah Al-Hammad emphasized that the award serves as a pivotal tool for sector development by establishing a culture of professionalism and highlighting projects that provide tangible value to cities and the economy.
The award honors entities that deliver high-quality development models focused on sustainability, innovation, and competitiveness. As an extension of the prestigious FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence, the award provides a national platform with an international dimension, showcasing scalable Saudi real estate models to global markets.
