The Baljurashi Governorate national park, located in Al-Baha region, witnessed a significant number of residents and visitors who came to see the mountain goats released in the park by the National Center of Wildlife (NCW). The move was done to reintroduce and increase the number of local endangered species in their natural habitats. Visitors enjoy watching and taking photos of the mountain goats, which are among the most attractive natural features in the mountainous regions of the Kingdom. The park is one of the largest affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture; its mountainous landscape covers some 600,000 square meters. It has family and youth seating areas, paved public roads, sports fields, children's play zones, service buildings, walking paths, shaded areas, and parking spaces.
