London: UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended on Friday the racing events of the President of the UAE Cup for Purebred Arabian horses.
The events were held at the Newmarket race course as part of the middle day of the famous Summer July Festival.
The UK Arabian Derby was transferred this year from Ascot Racecourse to Newmarket, the home of British flat-racing.
The race was sponsored by the Emirates Equestrian Federation together with its partners Etihad Airways and Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
