Riyadh: Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announced its participation as a strategic sponsor of the Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR) and its accompanying events. The symposium was organized by the Telecommunication Development Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in cooperation with the Communications Space and Technology Commission (CST), and held in Riyadh from August 31 to September 3.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the theme of the symposium was "Regulation for Sustainable Digital Development" and it brought together more than 100 speakers, including leading ICT experts. The event hosted over 2,000 leaders and decision-makers from 190 countries. Mobily's sponsorship underscores its commitment to supporting the regulatory environment for telecommunications and information technology.
