Riyadh: The Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services and the National eLearning Center (NeLC) today signed a memorandum of cooperation in Riyadh to strengthen collaboration in e-learning and training. The agreement aims to enable the ministry to access and make use of shared digital educational resources.
According to Saudi Press Agency, under the memorandum, the ministry will gain access to a wide range of shared digital learning resources, including a reusable e-learning content repository, open educational resources, subscriptions to local and international courses, and dedicated microsite sub-platforms.
The agreement also covers a variety of support services, such as mentoring, learning analytics, electronic certification, and artificial-intelligence tools for e-learning, all provided through the national e-learning platform FutureX, which has so far benefited more than 3 million users.
