Sarajevo: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has commenced the implementation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift program, which involves the distribution of dates in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This initiative includes the distribution of 20 tons of dates, set to benefit over 80,000 Muslims across the country.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program is being executed by the religious attach© at the Saudi Embassy in Sarajevo. A ceremony to mark the beginning of this program took place on Ramadan 6, 1446 AH, at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Sarajevo. The event was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Anas Al-Wusaidi along with several officials.
This initiative is a part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts to serve Islam and Muslims globally, aiming to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and solidarity during the holy month of Ramadan.
