Ministry of Islamic Affairs Launches Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Iftar Program in Bangladesh

Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the religious attaché of the Kingdom’s embassy in the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh, Issa bin Youssef Al-Duhailan, has inaugurated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ gift program for distributing dates and Iftar for the Muslims of Bangladesh on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan for the year 1444.

The Iftar banquets for fasting people program targets 56,000 Muslims in Bangladesh, in addition to the program for the distribution of dates, which the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud directed to be implemented during Ramadan, within the framework of the continuous support provided by the ministry in serving Muslims around the world, especially in Ramadan.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by several officials and employees of the embassy in Bangladesh, as well as a large number of diplomats, Islamic personalities, and university presidents who expressed their thanks to the Kingdom’s government for implementing this program, caring for Muslim affairs, and serving Muslims around the world.
