The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has announced that the customs exemption service provided to industrial establishments could be obtained within 48 hours as part of its ongoing efforts to facilitate procedures for industrial investors and enhance the attractiveness of industrial investment in the Kingdom.
The ministry said that the customs exemption service, provided through the Senaei Platform, is obtained for raw materials, machinery, or spare parts after obtaining the industrial license.
According to the ministry, a valid industrial license is required, and the formula for calculating the materials’ quantities compared to the units must be mentioned in the license.
