Makkah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a new awareness video as part of its Umrah season campaign to guide pilgrims through every stage of their journey, from initial preparation to final departure.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the video was produced in partnership with 24 entities and highlights essential Umrah rituals, digital solutions that streamline procedures, and cultural landmarks in Makkah and Madinah. This initiative is part of a broader Ramadan outreach strategy featuring field activities at 18 contact points and digital content in nine languages. By leveraging these diverse platforms, the ministry aims to facilitate ritual performance and improve service quality during peak season, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for worshippers.
