Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is actively conducting field inspection tours to ensure the preparedness of service sites as pilgrim arrivals to the Kingdom increase. These efforts aim to enhance compliance and improve the quality of services provided to the pilgrims. According to Saudi Press Agency, the inspections encompass various facilities including pilgrims' accommodations, hospitality centers, catering facilities, transportation services, and reception and grouping sites. This initiative is in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and other relevant authorities to guarantee full operational readiness and verify adherence to approved standards concerning accommodation, catering, transportation, guidance, and support services. Compliance center teams are diligently documenting field observations and referring them to relevant entities. They are also focused on following up on response and processing measures, with a priority on sites directly connected to the arrival phase, accommodations, a nd hospitality centers during this critical period.
