Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Completes Hajj Season Preparations for Pilgrims’ Dispatching Plans

Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has completed its operational preparations for pilgrims' dispatching plans at the holy sites for the Hajj season of 1447 AH. This initiative is part of an integrated system coordinated with all relevant entities, aimed at enhancing the smooth movement of pilgrims, improving crowd-management efficiency, ensuring their safety, and facilitating the performance of rituals at all stages of the Hajj journey.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the readiness efforts included training more than 30,000 Hajj season personnel on operating digital solutions and managing field operations. This training is aimed at enhancing implementation efficiency and supporting rapid response to operational developments during the season.

As part of preparations for pilgrims' dispatching operations, over 600 dispatching members and 5,000 dispatching leaders were trained on the digital system and field tasks related to organizing pilgrims' movement at the holy sites. Simulation exercises were also conducted to measure operational readiness and test the efficiency of field procedures, in coordination and integration with all relevant entities.

The pilgrims' dispatching plans rely on an operational system supported by digital solutions and real-time data analysis. This contributes to crowd movement management, improves mobility between the holy sites, and enhances the speed of field response in high-density areas.

These efforts are part of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's early-preparedness system, implemented in integration with relevant entities, reflecting continued care for pilgrims and a commitment to providing a Hajj experience marked by reassurance and smoothness at every stage.
