Ministry of Education Marks World Teachers’ Day

Minister of Education Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan attended today the ministry's celebration of World Teachers' Day on October 5. The event highlighted the vital role teachers play in shaping individuals and guiding them through their educational journey. Al-Benyan praised teachers, as the "heart of education", emphasizing their dedication to serving the community and instilling important values in students. He wished them success and active involvement in the Kingdom's ongoing growth and development. He also expressed gratitude for the government's endeavors, guided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, to support the education sector, with teachers recognized as a cornerstone of this endeavor. The celebration featured messages from students to their teachers, a video presentation highlighting a teacher's journey, and a musical performance by students in honor of their teachers.
