Riyadh: The Ministry of Culture signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the ASYAD Holding Group, which leads a consortium including SparkLabs Saudi Arabia and Lamar Holding, for developing a landmark multi-use cultural site in Riyadh. Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan attended the signing of the agreement during the Cultural Investment Conference at King Fahd Cultural Center.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aligns with the ministry's efforts to boost private sector investment in the cultural field and advance projects that enhance Riyadh's standing as a distinguished cultural destination.
