Riyadh: Under the patronage of Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan, the Ministry of Culture held the closing ceremony for the Cultural Innovation Challenge (POLICYTHON) in Riyadh. The challenge aimed to design cultural policies that support sector growth and achieve comprehensive, sustainable cultural development. The ceremony honored winners and participants and was attended by officials and those interested in cultural policies.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Deputy Minister of Cultural Strategies and Policies Albara Al-Auhali stated that the challenge embodies the ministry's confidence in the capabilities of youth and its belief in society's pivotal role in developing cultural policies. He noted that the presented ideas reflected a deep awareness and genuine passion for contributing to the national cultural movement and building a more innovative and inclusive future.
The ministry launched POLICYTHON in May as an interactive event designed to foster innovation and competition in creating cultural policies for the sector's growth and prosperity.
