Arafat: Minister of Health Fahad AlJalajel recently visited the field hospital for medical services at Arafat, where he was warmly received by several officials. During his visit, the minister conducted a thorough inspection of the hospital's facilities and various departments, focusing on the services provided to pilgrims during the 1446H Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Minister AlJalajel was briefed on the operations of healthcare centers affiliated with the medical services that are active during the pilgrimage season. These centers offer specialized and emergency medical services aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of pilgrims. The field hospital stands out as one of the most significant medical service projects for this year's Hajj, boasting a capacity of 100 beds.

The hospital is fully equipped to handle various medical needs, including 20 beds specifically designated for heat exhaustion cases. It also features a fully equipped operating room, an isolation room, and a mobile medical unit that includes five field clinics. Further supporting its comprehensive care capabilities are a medical laboratory, a pharmacy, and mobile radiology units, all of which underscore the high level of preparedness to provide immediate and on-site healthcare for pilgrims.
