Riyadh: Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz received U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright and his accompanying delegation on Saturday at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh as part of Wright’s official visit to the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, Wright was briefed on the Center’s role in advancing research in energy policy, energy transition, climate change, sustainable transport, and advisory services. The Center’s development of analytical models and tools aimed at addressing current challenges in the energy sector was also highlighted.
The visit included discussions on opportunities for collaboration in energy research, knowledge exchange, and enhancing joint research efforts.
