Riyadh: Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) Majid Al-Kassabi crowned the winners of the final round of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC). The ceremony took place in the presence of Governor of Monsha'at Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Husseini, CEO of the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) Dr. Badr Al-Badr, and several officials, as part of the Biban Forum 2025.
According to Saudi Press Agency, in the Early Stage category, Swijin AG clinched first place, securing a cash prize of $250,000. MabLab followed in second place with $200,000, while SARsatX from Saudi Arabia took third with $150,000. Aruna Revolution and DATAYOO rounded out the top five, winning $100,000 and $50,000 respectively.
In the Growth Stage category, Brelyon emerged as the winner, receiving $175,000. DeafTawk was the runner-up, earning $100,000. The Idea Stage category saw Tasmanion take first place with a $50,000 prize, while KLORA secured the second spot with $25,000.
In the specialized Space Tech track, four companies each received $100,000. Stitch3D was awarded in the Space Tech in Mining category, SpaceMap in Public Safety, Sytemap in Smart Construction, and eAgro in Crowd Management.
The EWC competitions serve as a crucial platform, offering resources and tools to help entrepreneurs refine their ideas and achieve success. The event also supports small and medium enterprises by providing specialized training programs and opportunities to connect with a global network of mentors through an intensive training camp.
The finals featured the participation of the top one hundred startups from over forty-seven countries, competing for total prizes of $1.5 million, establishing EWC as the largest global competition for entrepreneurs.
