Al-Qassim: The “Memory of the Land” event opened yesterday in Al-Qassim Region, welcoming visitors to celebrate Founding Day.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the event is organized by the Ministry of Culture and allows visitors to explore historical periods interactively. It is being held at the event venue north of King Abdullah Sports City in Buraydah.
The event features a designated zone for children, providing interactive experiences for them to learn about the history of the Kingdom, in addition to a space for families that includes entertainment activities such as puzzles and exciting games. There are also musical performances, performing arts displays, a food area catering to all age groups, and a “Craftsmen’s Area.”
The event aims to highlight the Kingdom’s cultural heritage in a way that blends tradition with modernity, to revive the celebration of the founding of the Saudi State and enhance national awareness about the Kingdom’s history.
