Riyadh: Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary received President of the Chinese People's Daily Press Yu Shaoliang and his accompanying delegation, marking the inauguration of a regional office for the newspaper in Riyadh.
According to Saudi Press Agency, both parties discussed ways to enhance media relations between Saudi Arabia and China. They explored opportunities for cooperation in digital media, news content exchange, professional training, and joint production. The discussions also delved into potential synergies between Saudi Vision 2030 and the Belt and Road Initiative.
Both sides highlighted that the establishment of the People's Daily regional office in Riyadh is a significant move toward strengthening media and cultural communication between the two countries.
