‘Media Leaders’ Program Explores Global Media Transformation in Singapore

Riyadh: The Saudi Media Academy, affiliated with the Ministry of Media, is continuing its international training program on transformations in the global media landscape as part of the third phase of the Media Leaders program in Singapore. Held in collaboration with the National University of Singapore (NUS), the program brings together an elite group of media leaders from the public and private sectors.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program opened with a discussion on the future of the global media landscape and comprehensive media transformation. It presented an integrated framework for innovation in an evolving media environment and reviewed international media experiences, drawing lessons to advance media practices.

It also features interactive workshops on ethical leadership to build trust and promote media inclusion, as well as sessions exploring the applications of artificial intelligence in media and the essential future skills needed in the sector.

This initiative marks a significant milestone within the Media Leaders program, which aims to prepare national leaders capable of keeping pace with global developments and driving transformation in the media landscape. The program contributes to strengthening the Kingdom's global media presence and advancing the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
