The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is hosting a four-day mobile cybersecurity awareness exhibition organized by the National Cybersecurity Authority. The exhibition coincides with the international Cybersecurity Awareness Month, observed in October to raise awareness about cybersecurity. The exhibition includes six diverse interactive pavilions bound to enrich the visitors' experience. It showcases cybersecurity concepts and highlights behaviors that help protect against cyber threats. Live simulations of the most damaging cyberattacks on individuals and organizations are presented, and the level of awareness about cybersecurity among visitors is measured through a set of interactive methods. In addition, general consultations and recommendations regarding the best practices in the work environment are provided, to help counter the damage posed by cyberattacks. Source: Saudi Press Agency
