Riyadh: Mayor of Riyadh Region, New Murabba's Committee Chairman, and Board Member, Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, visited the new headquarters of New Murabba Development Company in Riyadh. Prince Dr. Faisal was welcomed by Chief Executive Officer Michael Dyke, along with members of the Executive Committee and senior leadership.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during a tour of the headquarters, Prince Dr. Faisal received a detailed briefing on the headquarters' features, which reflect the company's forward-looking vision. The New Murabba Headquarters has achieved SmartScore Platinum certification with a perfect score of 100/100, making it the first in Saudi Arabia to reach this level and one of the highest-scoring destinations globally. The SmartScore certification recognizes excellence in digital connectivity, user experience, infrastructure readiness, and smart building performance.
The new headquarters hosts approximately 600 New Murabba employees, occupies a land area of more than 86,000 square meters, and offers a Gross Floor Area exceeding 10,000 square meters. The headquarters also features Saudi Arabia's first operational Digital Twin, developed entirely in-house and powered by Tandem Software, enabling real-time monitoring, simulation, and optimization of the building's systems and technology infrastructure.
