Manga Productions Launches FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE Across MENA Region

Manga productions: Manga Productions, a subsidiary of Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), has announced the official launch of FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), serving as the regional publisher in collaboration with KOEI TECMO and Team NINJA.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Japanese-style horror adventure title is now available on Steam, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X | S, and Nintendo SwitchS 2, with an age rating of 18+. The game supports multiple languages, including Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and Korean. An Arabic version will be released in Q2 of this year, further enhancing accessibility for players across the region.

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE follows the haunting journey of twin sisters who become lost in an abandoned village inhabited by vengeful spirits. Armed with the mysterious Camera Obscura, a device capable of capturing and sealing away the impossible, the sisters must confront the restless wraiths while gradually uncovering the village's dark secrets.

This remake features a comprehensive overhaul, with significant enhancements to visuals, audio, core gameplay systems, and controls, delivering a more immersive and refined experience. Additionally, the newly introduced 'Holding Hands with Mayu' feature adds an emotional dimension to the experience, allowing players to witness and engage with the profound bond between the twin sisters in a more intimate way. The game is available in two editions: the Standard Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition.
