Kuala Lumpur:Malaysia has strongly condemned the deadly attacks that targeted civilians and infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, which occurred on Saturday. These attacks resulted in fatalities, injuries, and disruptions to airport operations and commercial flights.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on Sunday expressing Malaysia's solidarity with Saudi Arabia. The statement emphasized support for the Kingdom's efforts to safeguard its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national security.
The ministry voiced serious concern over the recent escalation of hostilities and violence, urging all parties involved to adhere to international law. It called for a peaceful resolution through dialogue and diplomacy to restore lasting peace, security, and stability in the region.
Additionally, Malaysia extended sincere condolences over the loss of life and wished those injured a speedy recovery.
