Makkah Security Arrests Resident for Hajj Campaign Advertisement Fraud

Makkah: Security patrols in Makkah have arrested a Yemeni resident for fraud. He posted deceptive Hajj campaign advertisements on social media, falsely offering housing and transportation services for pilgrims within the holy sites. Legal action has been taken, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Directorate of Public Security urges citizens and residents to comply with Hajj regulations and guidelines and to report any violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and 999 in other regions of the Kingdom.
