Jeddah: Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz received Consul General of Iraq in Jeddah and Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Mohammed Samir Al-Naqshbandi.
