Makkah: The Holy Makkah Municipality's AlBalad AlAmeen Company has entered into a memorandum of understanding with a national services and maintenance company. This agreement aims to enhance the efficiency of catering and logistical operations in facilities serving pilgrims, thereby strengthening Makkah's overall readiness for the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the municipality stated that the memorandum will contribute to improving the quality of catering and provision services. It will focus on developing specialized supply chain and logistics systems and maintaining hospitality facilities in line with the highest health, safety, and quality standards.
The agreement includes provisions for coordinating joint operational plans during peak seasons. This coordination is expected to ensure increased operational efficiency, support rapid response for service needs at key locations, and promote the exchange of technical and administrative expertise.
