Makkah: The mosque architecture and care association (Taatheem) in Makkah is conducting extensive operations to prepare mosques for the influx of worshippers and Umrah performers during the last 10 days of Ramadan. Supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, these efforts focus on mosques across Makkah to ensure a suitable spiritual environment.
According to Saudi Press Agency, key achievements include the construction of 10 accessibility paths for people with disabilities, the sterilization of 120 mosques, the furnishing of 66 mosques, and the installation of 900 meters of new carpeting. Additionally, 180 locations have been perfumed, and mobile workshops have conducted more than 100 maintenance tours to address technical needs throughout the holy capital.
