Riyadh: Mahd Sports Academy athlete Reem Alshammari will compete as part of the Saudi national taekwondo team from November 5 to 15 at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games. According to Saudi Press Agency, Alshammari is currently preparing with the Saudi national team through a series of training camps and international competitions throughout September and October ahead of her trip to Senegal for the Youth Olympic Games. The program begins with a training camp in France from September 9 to 16, followed by participation in the German Open from September 17 to 20, and a training camp in Germany from September 21 to 24. The national team will continue its preparations by competing in the Polish Open on September 25 and 26, followed by the Montenegro Open from October 8 to 10. The preparations will conclude with a training camp in Morocco from October 25 to November 4.
