Madinah: Al-Hanakiyah Governorate in the Madinah Region is set to host its first grape festival, aiming to promote farmers' products, support productive families, and enhance handicrafts. The five-day event, organized by the Madinah Regional Municipality, will take place at Al-Nakheel Center and will showcase a range of cultural and agricultural activities.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the festival's highlights include an exhibition of grape varieties, traditional and artistic performances, and activities for children, with the involvement of agricultural authorities. This event seeks to revive Al-Nakheel's agricultural heritage.
The festival is part of Al-Hanakiyah's broader efforts to market local agricultural products and encourage investment in farming. These initiatives are in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 goals, which aim to enhance the quality of life in the region.
