Madinah Municipality Announces Investment Opportunity for Yanbu Diving Center

Madinah: The Madinah Region Municipality has announced an investment opportunity through the Furas portal for the operation and maintenance of a diving services center in Yanbu, as part of its efforts to promote municipal investment and enhance tourism and related services. According to Saudi Press Agency, the municipality stated that the investment opportunity covers an area of 1,984.85 square meters under a three-year contract, with bid opening scheduled for June 30, 2026. It added that the site is located in Sharm Yanbu in Madinah Region, inviting investors and interested parties to review the opportunity details and submit applications via Furas.
