The three-month Madinah Dates Season attracted over 215,000 visitors and generated sales exceeding SAR633 million through auctions of more than 53 million kilograms of dates from over 29,000 farms across the Madinah region. The season concluded yesterday with an accompanying exhibition featuring 60 participating entities involved in date production, packaging, and marketing. The exhibition sales totaled more than SAR3 million. The Madinah Dates Season also included workshops that featured 16 speakers from 10 specialized organizations focusing on AI, modern agricultural and irrigation methods, and the introduction of commercial franchising in rural tourism.
