New york: Prime Minister Luc Frieden of Luxembourg announced the country's recognition of the State of Palestine, stating that "the two-state solution remains the only path to lasting peace."
According to Saudi Press Agency, this announcement was made at the high-level international conference on the Palestinian issue at the United Nations, co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and France. Frieden emphasized that this recognition signifies a renewed commitment to diplomacy, dialogue, and peaceful coexistence.
