Jeddah: The Local Organizing Committee for the Arabian Gulf Cup football tournament, "Khaleeji 27," has released the tournament's official promotional video. The competition will be held in Jeddah from September 23 to October 6, 2026, with eight Gulf national teams taking part. According to Saudi Press Agency, the video features several former Gulf football stars touring Historic Jeddah, blending Jeddah's heritage with memorable moments from past Arabian Gulf Cup tournaments and evoking the excitement and passion that have long surrounded the competition. It also celebrates the Arabian Gulf Cup's enduring appeal across the region and the lasting memories it has created for generations of fans. Released as part of the promotional campaign for Khaleeji 27, the video comes as Jeddah prepares to host the tournament for the first time. Jeddah will stage 15 matches at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City Stadium, with strong crowds expected throughout the competition.
