Libya meeting of Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt FMs brought forward to February 19

The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt on the Libya crisis, initially scheduled on March 1 in Tunis, was brought forward to February 19-20, the Foreign Ministry Friday said in a press release.

The meeting is part of President Beji CaA�d Essebsi’s initiative geared towards reaching a comprehensive political settlement to the crisis in this country.

The gathering, which will be held at the premises of the Foreign Ministry, will focus on the outcome of contacts established by Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt with Libyan stakeholders to narrow views and lay the foundations for a consensual political solution.

The President of the Republic will meet on February 20 with the FMs and results of the meeting will be submitted to the presidents of the three countries.-
