Kuwait Condemns Iranian Attack on U.S. Embassy in Riyadh

Kuwait: Kuwait strongly condemned the Iranian attack targeting the United States embassy in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attack constitutes a flagrant violation of all international norms and laws, including the 1949 Geneva Conventions and the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, which grant immunity to diplomatic premises and their personnel even in situations of armed conflict.

Kuwait affirmed its support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to safeguard its security and the safety of its territory and citizens.
