Kuwait Amir congratulates Pres. of Burundi on nat’l day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Burundi, Evariste Ndayishimiye, on his country's national day.
