Kuwait Amir congratulates Cote d’Ivoire on nat’l day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Wednesday a cable to President of Cote d'Ivoire Alassane Ouattara, congratulating him on his country's Independence Day.
