KSrelief’s Masam Project Clears 736 Mines in Yemen in One Week

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's (KSrelief) Masam Project, dedicated to clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled 736 mines in various governorates during the period from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. These included four anti-personnel mines, 59 anti-tank mines, 672 items of unexploded ordnance, and one explosive device. Since the start of the project, a total of 530,687 mines have been cleared.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, remains steadfast in its commitment to rid Yemeni lands of all mines. These mines have tragically resulted in the loss of lives and injury to innocent children, women, and older people.
