Taiz: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Wednesday signed a cooperation agreement with the International Association for the Care of Victims of War and Disasters (Al-Ameen) to implement the eighth phase of operating the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Yemen's Taiz Governorate.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project is expected to benefit 8,050 individuals and aims to provide physical rehabilitation services for people with disabilities, monitor their progress, and enable them to participate actively in society.
The initiative involves developing individualized treatment plans, fitting patients with various types of prosthetics, and providing functional rehabilitation services. Additionally, the agreement seeks to enhance the medical staff's professional and scientific capabilities through specialized training.
This effort is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian support, delivered through KSrelief, to assist the brotherly Yemeni people across various sectors.
